While we make every effort to ensure that our properties are well maintained and worry free, we all know that things happen.

If anything in your Sojourn home requires attention, simply fill out our maintenance form and we will attend to it as soon as this notice is received. If it is an emergency that requires immediate attention, or if you would prefer to reach us directly, please call 202-769-3984.

If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

Please Note:
Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse, including plumbing stoppages, is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials
