The hosts were always responsive and friendly. They were accommodating to our needs. The apartment is clean and comfortable, our family of 4 enjoyed the space! I do wish there were a few more utensils and cookware in the kitchen, as we cooked all our own meals, it was overall a bit spartan, but otherwise, the unit it well appointed.

our stay with our fur babies was wonderful. right by the beach and other bodies of water, many restaurants and spots to get snacks nearby. The host was super friendly and responsive my only con was that the ac was only in the bedroom and not the rest of the apartment. I would come back from a night out to a really humid living room and a cold bedroom. easy fix if you just leave the door open or open the windows. other than that my stay was perfect! would definitely recommend this spot

It really has a vintage vibe. I felt so comfortable living there and walking around downstairs. On Sunday there is a flea market right outside the building, which is fun. The metro station is a step away, and many buses around. I would highly recommend this one if you ever come to DC

Sojourn

This is the Airbnb my friends and I didn’t know we needed.  Three of us stayed here and one person in each bedroom and one person on the couch. It was such a treat having two bathrooms for three people.  This place is clean, bright and welcoming and has everything you could need when traveling.  easy walking distance to the Eastern Market metro. Sojourn is a delight and so helpful and responsive.  Huge bonus - no chores or cleaning - just be respectful and leave things neat.   So happy we booked this place - a true sojourn indeed. Loved being surrounded by all the spring flowers blooming in the neighborhood, in one of my absolute fave areas of DC.

The house is located in a lovely capital hill neighborhood with surrounding row houses. It’s walkable to parks and a small grocery store, and many restaurants near by. It took 45 mins or so to walk to Washington Memorial. The home is well equipped and cozy. The management host is well responsive and accommodated us very well by letting us check in early. The only thing that was not ideal during our stay was that we an instacart order stolen from our front porch. We used door dash and instacart a lot during our stay and that was a bummer. It was not the fault of mgmt by any means. Otherwise the area felt safe. We walked a lot around the area as a family of 3.

We felt right at home from the start.  The kitchen was spotless.  The beds and bedding were very comfortable and clean.  Christie reached out several times to ask if we needed anything.  The coffee was great.  We appreciated the hospitality with the cold picture of water ready for our arrival.  The umbrellas came in handy for the day it rained.  The location is perfect.  It is within walking distance to two parks and Eastern market.  We will definitely stay at Christie’s again!

Stayed at this lovely spot right by all the shops and restaurants — perfect for exploring on foot. The area felt peaceful and safe, yet lively when I wanted options for dining and coffee. The unit was very clean and thoughtfully arranged, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth and the hosts were responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. Parking and transit access made getting around easy. Great value for the location; I’d happily return for another weekend getaway or longer stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting convenience and tranquility together.

We recently stayed at this property in Washington, DC, and it exceeded our expectations. The location was absolutely amazing – we were within walking distance to so many key attractions, restaurants, and Metro stops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without needing a car. Whether we were heading to the National Mall, museums, or grabbing dinner in the neighborhood, everything felt accessible and well-connected. The accommodations were more than adequate for our group of three. The space was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, giving us plenty of room to spread out after long days of sightseeing. We especially appreciated the functional kitchen and living area, which made it easy to relax and recharge in the evenings. Overall, this was a great choice for our DC trip. We’d happily stay here again on a future visit. Highly recommended!

Another phenomenal stay with Sojourn! This is my second time renting one of their properties, and it certainly will not be my last. Their apartments are exactly as described; pristine; and in phenomenal locations. But what truly sets them apart is their unparalleled communication. The accommodated several requests and responded within minutes of my having sent messages. I could not recommend their properties more strongly!

Sojourn in Arlington, VA has been my favorite stay in Arlington so far. The parking garage is easy to access, and getting up to the apartment is very quick and easy. I also liked that the location is convenient for working in Arlington, close to great food and shopping. I also really liked the toiletries because they were natural ingredients and smelled really good (no artificial perfumes).

The location was great - short walk to East Market, Trader Joe’s, good restaurants and to the Capitol in a leafy, homely street. The apartment is super cute - clean lines (and gorgeous wooden floors) with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Aircon in the bedroom to keep it cool and the bed was perfect (somewhere between firm and soft - extremely comfortable) plus it was lovely and quiet. I highly recommend Sojourn’s place in Washington and also want to note that they were very quick to respond to any question I had. I had a wonderful first ever visit to Washington and Sojourn was a big part of that - thank you!
