Wonderful 5 day stay at Randolph Towers in Arlington, VA. The apartment was meticulously clean and very well appointed. Great location in the Balston Square area with easy access to the Metro. Staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The building had everything you might need- Fitness Center, Business Center, Outdoor sitting area with grills for guest’s use and very fast elevators. The garage below the building was a great extra. We will definitely come back. Best Regards, Ralph S.

This was my family's first time ever staying in another Airbnb. It was very easy to book and payment was seamless. Since I have never done this before I appreciated the extra time my host took explaining everything to me. They responded to all my questions very quickly and honestly. The condo was very clean and quiet, it was set back a little ways from the street but still walkable for quick store runs. The bed rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. All new appliances with a modern flare. It came equipped with everything I didn't even realized I needed. Truly like I was visiting a family members home. I am very picky about how bathrooms look and this one was super clean and well maintained.ypu can tell that the host takes their time with maintenance and upkeep. The condo had a wonderful light scent that wasn't overbearing. All and all this was a very positive experience for my family.

Had a wonderful stay at one of Sojourns units in a fabulous neighborhood in DC. We will definitely be returning and staying at one of these units again. Great location, very clean, easy to connect with host as we were able to extend our stay , seamlessly. Only one minor issue was the Couch was Very uncomfortable to sit on and relax after a full days. Our dogs were quite happy with their stay too , two quiet parks very close by.

We had a perfect experience here!! The location was everything for us. It’s only 1.5 miles to the 4x4 beach, or beach access within a 3 min walk. The restaurants and grocery store are about 5 min. The house itself was super clean and honestly the most comfortable bed!! Better than my own at home. The pool was perfect, hot tub amazing, volleyball court so fun, lots of floats if you want, clean barbecue, really nice appliances, and all the basic necessities you would need. And best of all the host is super quick to respond, helpful, and checks in frequently. I really appreciate them and their commitment & care to make sure you have a good stay. I truly recommend! I’ve stayed in both the 4x4 area and Kitty Hawk, and this was definitely the best so far! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was the perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. You really can’t beat the location—shops are all around, and key monuments and sites are just a short walk away. To top it off, we slept like a dream on the brand-new bed. Truly a gem of a spot! We’d love to stay here again. The host was super responsive and kind. Thank you!

The 1-bedroom Sojourn apartment in the Courtland Towers complex was clean & spacious. So nice to have ample amounts of paper products, soap etc for our entire stay! Also great to have a stacked washer/dryer in the unit & laundry pods provided. Linens & towels were nice quality & bed comfortable as well. The bedroom carpet, however, is noticeably worn & does need replacing. More general information provided about the immediate area also would be useful: nearest grocery stores, a few restaurant recommendations, nearest hospital & urgent care etc. The complex itself has several amenities including a small self-service convenient mart with snacks & microwaveable options. The 10-min walk to the Court House metro station is gently uphill — doable for a moderately fit couple in our early 60s. Overall, a great home base for a visit to the Washington, DC area.

This apartment felt safe, was comfortable, and was in a nice location to get around in Virginia and DC. I appreciated the parking space, the ability to purchase drinks and snacks, as well as the washer/dryer in unit. The host was great and always responded promptly. I recommend it!

My stay was 9.5 months. There were good restaurants a short drive or nice walk nearby. The best restaurant nearby was Stoney’s Dockside bar and Grill. The apartment had everything that was needed. They responded promptly when needed and resolved issues promptly. I would stay at any of their properties in the future.

Fell in love with this cute apartment the minute we arrived. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was a great communicator and responded quickly to all questions. The apt is in a neighborhood that is walkable and everything is accessible, close by. I will definitely choose this place again.

We had a great stay in DC! The place was clean and comfortable, and we felt safe throughout our visit. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after exploring the city. We would happily stay here again!
