Great little spot close to all the hot 14th and U restaurants. Amazingly close to the metro for easy commuting around the city. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean and well-appointed landing spot while experiencing the best of DC.

The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was good for kids and spreading out. Most of all we loved being back in Capitol Hill (where we lived for almost 10 years). It was special and so nice being by parks, playgrounds and the metro. The host was responsive and the fact that that take care of cleanup was amazing. We felt well taken care of and our stay was a delight.

This place was very clean and perfect for our family! The fenced in yard was so nice for young kids and our dog. Beach access is right across the street. Super nice beach! The master on the upper floor was huge. Everything is modern and updated. Host was super quick at responding and had grub hub delivery for free for us! Such an easy check out-didn’t have to do much at all. 10/10!

Sojourn

This was a lovely house and a great place to stay with a group of people. I'd definitely consider this place again. Pros: - Great Bathroom to bedroom ratio (no one ever had to wait for bathroom) - Tons of places to sit, hang out and relax throughout the house - Well Appointed kitchen with everything you need. - Immaculately clean house - LOVED not having a long "check-out checklist." Cons: - BIG temperature differential between bottom & top floors. We were in DC when it was just touching 80 degrees and the difference was very noticeable. For it to be comfortable on the top floor, it would be freezing on the first floor. Make it bearable on the bottom floor & top floor is sweltering.

our stay with our fur babies was wonderful. right by the beach and other bodies of water, many restaurants and spots to get snacks nearby. The host was super friendly and responsive my only con was that the ac was only in the bedroom and not the rest of the apartment. I would come back from a night out to a really humid living room and a cold bedroom. easy fix if you just leave the door open or open the windows. other than that my stay was perfect! would definitely recommend this spot

This is the Airbnb my friends and I didn’t know we needed.  Three of us stayed here and one person in each bedroom and one person on the couch. It was such a treat having two bathrooms for three people.  This place is clean, bright and welcoming and has everything you could need when traveling.  easy walking distance to the Eastern Market metro. Sojourn is a delight and so helpful and responsive.  Huge bonus - no chores or cleaning - just be respectful and leave things neat.   So happy we booked this place - a true sojourn indeed. Loved being surrounded by all the spring flowers blooming in the neighborhood, in one of my absolute fave areas of DC.

The house is located in a lovely capital hill neighborhood with surrounding row houses. It’s walkable to parks and a small grocery store, and many restaurants near by. It took 45 mins or so to walk to Washington Memorial. The home is well equipped and cozy. The management host is well responsive and accommodated us very well by letting us check in early. The only thing that was not ideal during our stay was that we an instacart order stolen from our front porch. We used door dash and instacart a lot during our stay and that was a bummer. It was not the fault of mgmt by any means. Otherwise the area felt safe. We walked a lot around the area as a family of 3.

We felt right at home from the start.  The kitchen was spotless.  The beds and bedding were very comfortable and clean.  Christie reached out several times to ask if we needed anything.  The coffee was great.  We appreciated the hospitality with the cold picture of water ready for our arrival.  The umbrellas came in handy for the day it rained.  The location is perfect.  It is within walking distance to two parks and Eastern market.  We will definitely stay at Christie’s again!

Another phenomenal stay with Sojourn! This is my second time renting one of their properties, and it certainly will not be my last. Their apartments are exactly as described; pristine; and in phenomenal locations. But what truly sets them apart is their unparalleled communication. The accommodated several requests and responded within minutes of my having sent messages. I could not recommend their properties more strongly!

Sojourn in Arlington, VA has been my favorite stay in Arlington so far. The parking garage is easy to access, and getting up to the apartment is very quick and easy. I also liked that the location is convenient for working in Arlington, close to great food and shopping. I also really liked the toiletries because they were natural ingredients and smelled really good (no artificial perfumes).

The hosts were always responsive and friendly. They were accommodating to our needs. The apartment is clean and comfortable, our family of 4 enjoyed the space! I do wish there were a few more utensils and cookware in the kitchen, as we cooked all our own meals, it was overall a bit spartan, but otherwise, the unit it well appointed.
